1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or submitting products to SaaSearch (“saasearch.io”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform.

2. Submission & Revenue Representations

Makers who list products on SaaSearch represent and warrant that:

• They hold legitimate ownership, co-foundership, or authorization to list the product.
• All self-reported financial figures (MRR, MoM growth %, user count) represent accurate, good-faith numbers and are not fabricated or deceptive.
• Products with a “Stripe Verified” badge have authorized read-only synchronization via Stripe Connect. Intentionally manipulating upstream revenue to falsify directory ranking will result in an immediate permanent ban.

3. Community Standards & Moderation

SaaSearch maintains strict quality and moderation standards:

• No spam, malware, phishing sites, or fraudulent services.
• No vote manipulation, bot-driven upvotes, or fake comment rings.
• We reserve the right to reject, unpublish, or re-categorize any product listing or comment that violates these standards.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Non-Affiliation

SaaSearch is an independent discovery platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or any listed third-party software provider. Products are listed for informational and discovery purposes only without warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
